Gamble Smart Raffle

All proceeds of this raffle will be donated to "The Children's Army" charity foundation, a registered non-profit charity organization. https://thechildrensarmy.org/ - Gamble Smart will not be profiting in any way off of this raffle.

1. Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 21. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Gamble Smart Gamble Safe (GSGS hereafter) with proof of age and /or identity.

2. Employees and relatives of employees of GSGS, Inc. and any entities affiliated or related to GSGS, Inc. shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

3. The Raffle drawing shall take place at from 3/1/2025-3/31/2025 or until 1,000 tickets have been sold.

4. Each entrant shall be entitled to make as many entries as desired by purchasing raffle tickets through the Gamble Smart Website. Each entry into the Raffle is $25.00 US. In the event that GSGS deems an entrant to have in any way acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Raffle and consequently deemed ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.

5. In order to enter the Raffle each entrant shall submit their legal name, first name, last name, email address, address, phone number and purchase the amount desired.

6. The Prize for winning the Raffle shall be one operating slot machine, "Double Top Dollar", with bill/ticket acceptor and coin acceptor inoperative and setup for "Free Play" only.

7. GSGS shall notify winner of the winning via mail within ten (10) business days of the Raffle.

8. GSGS decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

9. Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that GSGS may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant GSGS the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against GSGS in this regard.

10. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.

11. By entering the Raffle, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.

12. By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless GSGS, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.

13. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any state law that does not allow such a Prize and relieves any liability of such for GSGS. However, GSGS will ship the machine to any address located in the lower 48 United States.

14. GSGS reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

15. GSGS reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified and will refund all monies collected if such an event occurs. 

16. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and jurisdiction over any and all disputes shall be exclusive to the state and federal courts in Texas.
